By strategically investing in partners aligned with our mission, while also applying our own knowledge, skills and capacity where we can make a direct contribution, we support and enable initiatives in Early Childhood Development, Entrepreneurship Development, and Leadership Development—each designed to address critical needs and unlock long-term potential.

These programme activities lead to measurable outcomes such as empowered leaders, supported entrepreneurs, and strengthened early learning environments for young children. 

Over time, these outcomes help build stronger, more resilient communities with more opportunities for growth, learning, and economic participation. From Invisibility to Voice
One participant who was initially extremely shy developed strong confidence and became an active group contributor, reflecting deep identity-level change and leadership growth.

Learning to say “No”
Several practitioners reported learning to set healthy boundaries for the first time, reducing burnout and improving workplace relationships.

Healing broken relationships
Two practitioners with longstanding conflict rebuilt trust and began supporting one another, strengthening collaboration across centres.

Ethical leadership under financial pressure
A practitioner facing salary shortfalls engaged staff honestly and transparently. Staff chose to remain, demonstrating increased trust and relational leadership.

Supporting a traumatised child
Participants reported improved confidence in supporting traumatised children and engaging parents and social services, reflecting more holistic care. 

From isolation to sisterhood 
Participants formed a strong collective identity, describing themselves as “sisters” and affirming that they were “not alone”, significantly improving resilience and well-being.

Reframing funding rejection and organisational resilience
One leader shared that funding rejections previously resulted in emotional collapse and withdrawal. After engaging with the programme’s work on purpose and emotional regulation, she reported feeling disappointment without spiralling into despair. She now reframes rejection through the organisation’s WHY, enabling her to remain motivated, persistent and emotionally stable while continuing to pursue funding opportunities.

Personal transformation leading to leadership breakthrough
Several leaders reported a profound shift in how past wounds influenced their present leadership. One participant reflected that unresolved childhood experiences were shaping her control-driven leadership style. Through the programme, she developed greater emotional awareness and learned to balance strength with softness. This shift resulted in improved relationships with staff and family members and a noticeable reduction in conflict with her organisation.

Improved family relationships strengthened leadership presence
Multiple participants described positive changes in their personal relationships, which directly influenced their leadership effectiveness. One leader reported changing her communication style with her son, resulting in a more open and supportive relationship. Another shared how vulnerability with her spouse led to unexpected affirmation and support. These personal shifts translated into increased confidence, calmness and emotional regulation in the workplace.
